Prof. Mona Hmoud Al-sheikh

Dr. Mona Hmoud Al-Sheikh is an Associate Professor of Neurophysiology and currently serves as the Vice-President of the Saudi Society of Medical Education (SSME). She is the Head of the Research and Innovation Unit at the College of Medicine, Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (IAU) and an Academic Quality Consultant at Imam Mohammad Bin Saud Islamic University (IMSIU).

Dr. Al-Sheikh has extensive experience in medical education, assessment, and academic quality assurance. Since 2012, she has served as a certified accreditation reviewer for the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC) and is a member of the Central Assessment Committee. She previously chaired the Department of Medical Education and led the Examination Center at the College of Medicine, IAU.

She has played a key role in establishing several academic initiatives, including the Medical Education Department, Faculty Development Program, and the Examination Center at IAU. Dr. Al-Sheikh has published over 100 research papers in reputable journals and conferences. Her research interests include early onset dementia, smoking and cognition, learning theories, assessment, and competency-based education.

Eng. Mohamed Ali (Dali) Belajouza is a Business and Innovation Director, venture builder, and technology strategist with over 17 years of experience in artificial intelligence, blockchain, and digital transformation across Saudi Arabia, Africa, and Europe. He currently serves as Business & Innovation Director at Siyadatech (KSA) and Co-Founder of Lenci AI, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and the development of scalable AI solutions for enterprise and emerging technology ecosystems.

Throughout his career, he has co-founded several technology ventures, built AI-driven products, and led multidisciplinary teams in delivering enterprise-grade solutions. His expertise spans agentic AI systems, digital transformation, venture building, strategic partnerships, and blockchain-based innovation.

Belajouza has also played an active role in the global startup ecosystem as a mentor at Founder Institute, advising early-stage founders on startup strategy and commercialization. His work has received international recognition, including winning the Solana Hackathon (2021) and the UNICEF Innovation Fund.

Eng. He currently serves as a Strategy and Business Development Leader at Oracle, where he works closely with organizations across the region to drive digital transformation through cloud, AI, and enterprise technology platforms.

Throughout his career, he has held senior roles in enterprise architecture, digital strategy, and business transformation at leading global companies including Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, ABB Group, and ATOS. In these roles, he has advised executives and government leaders on aligning technology investments with strategic business goals and implementing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

His work focuses on advancing responsible AI adoption, enterprise innovation, and technology-driven organizational transformation.
